A fun, hands-on introduction to customer service.
Using ITS’s Seaside Sally’s simulated workplace, learners work together to deliver quality service to “tourists” while developing communication and teamwork skills. They discover the value of diversity, learn to serve customers with respect, and gain confidence engaging with people from all walks of life.

Interested in becoming a barista or just love anything coffee? Then this course is perfect for you! Discover the wonderful world of coffee and lots more.
Two days of practical learning - with plenty of hands-on experience on the espresso machines, making coffees. Learn about the history and production of coffee, understand more about the beans used to make great coffee.
