that allows any student to gain valuable knowledge & skills on selected ITS Courses, Programmes & Micro-Credentials, consisting of up to 22 Level 2 or 3 credits

Students first attend an interactive and engaging 2-Day Induction Workshop.

Students gain work experience by working in a local business (organised by the client/school) – all required observations will be completed in work placement using our fabulous ITS user-friendly resources.

Participants learn about workplace safety, product knowledge, and the importance of maintaining a secure, hazard-free environment. This course prepares learners for both front- and back-of-house roles and helps them understand compliance expectations under the Food Act 2014.
